Hello loves. Today I am showing you the translucent powder from Rimmel London that I bought from Target. These were on sale and packaged together, buy one get one free! I paid around $4 for this.
I currently do not use any translucent powder to finish off my look for the day. I have in the past, but never repurchased another product til now. I think that this would be nice to keep in my purse with a kabuki brush for touch ups throughout the day. This is also in a matte finish so that is a plus for me.
I did try some on after I got home from the farmer's market and it was hot, hot, hot. I blotted first with an blotting sheet and then swiped some of this one with my Sonia Kashuk kabuki brush. I saw an instant difference on my skin with this product. My skin immediately went matte and it didn't cake up the existing product that I had on.
Here I am, all oily and glowy, back from the farmer's market. Below is the 'before I went' picture.
The only thing that I don't like is that the packaging doesn't shut tight very securely. If any of you own the Rimmel bronzers, they are packaged the same way. If I were to stash one of these in my purse, they would have to go in a baggie to ensure it doesn't come undone.
Powder puffed hugs,
That is my one complain with Rimmel powder products. I hate the lids!
ReplyDeleteThat is my only gripe about Rimmel Natural Bronze. The packaging is horrible. I guess that is one way that they keep the cost down, but still... It can't cost that much to make a compact with a secure lid! lol
ReplyDeleteYes! I think it's so annoying. :/
ReplyDeleteProblem with this is that It is not truly translucent. I would not recomend for anyone darker than you.
