Sinful Colors-Shock and Awe
Hi dolls. Here is a new color from Sinful Colors that I am sporting today for you all. This is Shock and Awe, a Target exclusive polish. It's a very pretty deep, purple creme, even though in my photos it's pulling more blue than purple.
Purples just freak out my camera. Sorry. But you will have to trust me, this is a gorgeous color.
Other bloggers seem
to think that this is a blue polish. I beg to differ. I think that it
is most definitely a purple polish. It's very intense and very bright
though, which is what makes it unique.
Anyways, this polish required a good two coats for this opacity. Other than that, I didn't encounter any problems with it. It's topped off with one coat of Seche Vite.

I love the color! It does look more blue than purple lol. I love bold colors! :)

gaah! this colour is so intense! colours like this always look beautiful however you wear them! id say its a blurple! haha

ReplyDeleteI just scooped this one up today, it's gorgeous! Yeah, the camera definitely didn't capture this correctly. Shock and Awe is a deep blurple. It's a perfect dupe of Julep's Eden. Sometimes I get so caught up in the bigger name brand polishes that I forget how great Sinful Colors is! I could of easily dropped $11 on Eden if I wouldn't have seen this at Target. $9 saved - I've got to make it a point to start watching out for new Sinful Colors :)
